After starting on the outside pole of the heat race.. We were able to grab the lead from Ronnie Wallace going into turn one and never looked back. The re-draw for the feature put us 10th on the 24 car starting grid. The track was very rough, dry and dusty for the duration of the race. Few cautions fell and we were able to salvage an 8th place finish at the fall of the checkered flag.
